Nutrient Dense Eating
One thing I like to remember to eat healthfully is to keep my food nutrient dense. That means that even if I am cooking soup out of a can, I try to add my own ingredients- extra spices, a pinch of seaweed, etc. The more nutrient dense your overall diet, the easier it will be to manage your weight and keep yourself healthy.
