No Simple Carbohydrates

I don't believe in a low carb diet. But I do believe in limiting our simple carbohydrates. These come in sodas, candies, and even bread and other packaged foods. Why not cut them out of our lives? Here are things to eat instead:

-- whole grain breads and cereals
-- fruit and dried fruit
-- healthy sugar substitutes when sweetener is necessary
