I have chronic inflammation. My heal always hurts. I don't like taking ibuprofen all the time, so I don't do it. I decided to research herbs that can relieve pain:
  • willow bark
  • meadowsweet
  • ginger
  • ginseng
  • licorice
  • cat's claw
  • guggul
  • chinese skullcap

I wish I had some ginger. That is my favorite from this list. But, I do have some willowbark so maybe I can give that a try.
