How to Relax

Here are some ideas on how to relax and keep your stress levels down:
  • go for a walk
  • get a pet
  • drink some relaxing tea, such as chamomile or lemon balm
  • listen to classical music
  • read
  • take a bubble bath
  • do some stretches
  • take a nap
  • exercise
  • do something creative
  • bake something healthy
