Keeping Track of the Laundry

Do any of you have a problem keeping up with your laundry?

Right now, I have laundry everywhere. On the floor. In the basket. By the washing machine. On the kitchen table. In the dryer.

They are in various stages of completion. Some need to be folded. Some need to be washed. I thought I had the situation under control, but we've since created more dirty items and I STILL haven't folded the laundry from the last few loads.

My goal is to finally get myself in a situation where I keep up with the laundry!

I want to make it wonderful and beautiful. I made that laundry powder I described in another post. The castile soap I grated smelled like almond. Yum. Now to find a pretty glass jar and decorate it. That's a start.

What do you guys do to help you keep up with the laundry? Tell me and I will put it in my ezine.

I don't know what to do, but it is the never ending cycle. I hope you get caught up. Nice post.

I'm with you, laundry in little piles in the bathroom, the bedroom, at the stairs leading down to the laundry room, and most inexplicably, in front of the washer and dryer--as though it were easy to cart it that far, and just too difficult to actually put it in and get the machine going.

I'm signing up for your e-zine. I hope someone has a system to recommend, cuz I could use it!

I'll keep you posted about my laundry system. It doesn't exist yet, but I'm working on it! Thanks for subscribing to the ezine. :)

Believe me, you are not alone. I have a rather small home and laundry seems to be everywhere, especially the mismatched socks-what is up with that?

I have baskets in each room since we do not have a shoot-the basement area where clothes fall is occupied by an air hockey table. Think you have problems? ;)

Towels are also annoying-hanging everywhere-esp with two active children.

Sorry I can't help you, but if you find a good system, feel free to let me know.

Please feel free to visit my site on health issues and misc tidbits on my writing and other subjects.

Lisa,

Thanks for the comments! I checked out your site. You have a nice collection of information.

When I develope my system I will make sure to share with youa all. I also have a small house, which makes things rather challenging.

Plus, I keep on stealing my laundry baskets for storage! lol.
