Hi Everyone. I am doing a six week walking plan in addition to the marathon training. Sounds nuts, but I have a reason.
Up until last Septemnber, we lived in Germany. I used to walk everywhere- the post office, the market, the train station. I must have walked at least three miles a day- more in the summer.
I miss it. So I am doing this walking plan.
Week One- Walk one mile per day, with one day of rest.
