Stinging Nettle- Brief Introduction

My Favorite herb is stinging nettle.

I make a strong infusion and let it steep overnight in a quart-size jar. Just add one ounce of the dried herb and pour boiling water to the top. Cover and let stand.

This is very good over ice, warmed with a dash of honey, or as a vegetable soup broth.

I notice a difference in my energy and skin especially. It is filled with minerals and I love drinking it after a run. I feel that it really aids recovery.
