My Exercise Goals, set on May 2

I plan my workouts at the beginning of the week.

This week my goals are to complete:

2 Ten minute strength sessions
1 Ten minute ab session
1 Long gym strength session
3 Cardio Sessions

So far I've completed:

Tuesday- 1 Ten minute Strength
Wednesday- 1 Cardio, 1 Ten minute Ab
Thursday- 1 Cardio (Went for a jog)
