Spring is a time to clean. Yes, it is important to clean and scrub our homes. But, that process is important for the body, too. Some people call it detoxing, but I don't like to think of it that way. Detox gives the impression that the body is dirty, and it isn't.
But in the spring, it does need a kick-start... mainly to burn off unwanted fat that may have accumulated during the winter months. I'll talk more on this in future posts.
