Healthy Lunches

Eating a healthy lunch is just as important as eating a healthy breakfast. In fact, if you eat a healthy breakfast you are more likely to make better choices throughout the day, including lunch. But if your breakfast was less than ideal, you have the chance to gain some ground when it comes to lunch. Here are some lunch ideas:
  • Tuna sandwich with light mayo on a whole wheat roll and a small salad
  • Cottage cheese, whole wheat bread, and a small salad
  • chicken ceasar salad with low fat dressing
