Healthy Breakfast Options

I am about to go hiking, and I am aware of how important breakfast truly is. If I don't eat the right foods this morning, I will not have enough fuel to get through my day. So, here is a list of some healthy breakfast ideas that will help you start your day right. These are my favorites. And if I am about to be active, I will try to eat a little more.
  • Bran flakes with raisins and almonds or walnuts
  • English muffin with peanut butter and an orange
  • cottage cheese, toast, and fruit
  • Greek style yogurt, honey, and walnuts mixed together and fruit
