Plan for better eating habits

I try to eat healthfully. But sometimes I feel as if I need to write down exactly what I need to do to be even better at it. Here are some ideas:
  • Cut out salt. See previous post.
  • No refined sugar.
  • Reduce saturated fats
  • Drink more water.
  • Drink more stinging nettle infusion and more tea.
  • Pay attention to fat burning herbs.
  • Wildcraft.
  • Listen to what my body is saying.
