As mentioned in a previous post, I love olives. Unfortunately, they are filled with salt and it is nearly impossible to find salt free olives. In fact, I've never seen it. On my quest to help live a healthier life, I will cut out extra salt. I feel bloated a lot of the time. This could have something to do with excess sodium. Hey, we know what we have to do for our health, right? It is just a matter of applying it.
