Cooking With Olives

Olives are filled with healthy fats and are therefore great to cook with. I have been known to eat jars or tubs filled with olives in one sitting. They are salty and filled with flavor. I've always been a sucker for salty foods.

Here are some ways to cook with olives:
  • instead of adding salt to your omelette why not add olives?
  • Chopped olives work quite well in tomato soup with basil
  • great as a garnish for salads
  • chop some olives along with tomato to put on a bruschetta
  • they taste really good on pasta
