You don't need to only take your vitamins to get a good dose of antioxidants. They are located in foods, herbs, and spices. And one thing that supplements lack is that there are plenty of other substances in foods that are not necessarily in multivitamin and mineral tablets, such as quercetin. Here is a list of great sources of antioxidants:
- chocolate
- wine
- grape juice
- fruits and vegetables
- herbs such as rosemary, basil, and oregano
- green tea
