Getting Some Sun

It is important to get some sun each day. Fifteen minutes is the amount you need for your body to manufacturer vitamin D. If you don't get that amount, you could run the risk of being deficient in that vitamin. The best thing to do is to make sure you get at least fifteen minutes of outdoor time each day. What about a fifteen minute walk? This is a good way to help burn some calories and make sure you get enough sunlight.
