Work and Health
Lately I have been busy with my freelance writing work. That means that more than ever, I need to pay attention to how I take care of myself. Kelly James-Enger in her Six Figure Freelancing book says that when you think you do not have time to exercise, that is when you should exercise! Things that work for me:
drinking lots of tea, herbal and green teas (green tea has caffeine and also burns fat)
Going for walks when I need to rest my brain
making sure I strength train a few times each week
