Healthy Thanksgiving

My rule for this Thanksgiving is a simple one, and it will prevent me from overeating.

For each course- appetizer, main course, and dessert, I vow to fill each of my plates up with half fruits and vegetables and the other half whatever I want. Even those yummy, fatty desserts. And no, apple pie does not count as a fruit... I need to include the real deal!
