I love ginger, especially when it starts getting colder. Here are some things that ginger is good for:

  • warming- great in the winter for getting rid of the chills
  • it can also lower fever. seems like ginger can do what your body needs it to do
  • it is also an anti-inflammatory and good for helping withh injury
  • great for menstrual cramps
