Recovering After Exercise
I am working on boosting my nutrition so that I can recover after a hike or any other exercise. If I am going to be active, my muscles need to heal so I can get stronger. Here is how I will do it:
8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day for antioxidants (free radicals can cause swelling)
take a multivitamin
100g of protein
So far I've had 1 serving fruits and vegetables and 15g protein.
