Here are some tips I've come up with:
- one can of tuna supplies 23 g. that's considerable!
- Soy milk is high in protein and a great snack.
- Almonds are also a good source of protein.
- Even seaweed has 1g of protein.
- Instead of gatorade for a sports drink, I've been drinking accelerade which has 6g protein for the bottle.
