Still Have Winter Weight to Lose?

Ever notice that there's nothing quite like fresh fruit in the hot summer days? Well, take advantage of that. Eating tons of fruits and vegetables is a great way to lose that extra winter weight. Here are my favorites for right now:
  • Peaches
  • Strawberries
  • Chickweed (wild green growing by my outdoor faucet)
  • Asparagas

The Asparagas are in season right now where I live in Massachusetts and the strawberries will be following shortly. And the chickweed patch is looking great - though I can scrounge for chickweed even in winter.
