Progress Update: Body for Life

Well, I have two more workouts to go for this week- one cardio, and one lower body and abs. I don't see any reason why I can't do both of them today.

At first, I was just doing the challenge on my own. But, part of me is thinking that doing the original challenge will be a lot of fun.
