I am not sure if the extra fifteen pounds I have is winter weight or just something that happened to me because I no longer live in Europe. I walked all the time and maintained a consistent exercise schedule. I also find the United States stressful. So, I am using the 2006 Self Challenge to help me lose the weight. Anyone else doing the Self Challenge this year?
I'll keep you posted on my progress. I am starting tomorrow.
