Marathon is over

The marathon is over, and I still haven't started running again. I would like to, but I think I am going to wait.

In the meantime, I have been walking a lot and hitting the weight room. My ultimate goal is to decrease my body fat and build muscle tone. Though I love running, I don't think I did enough strength work while I was training for the marathon.
