I love chamomile tea. It is my favorite drink to have after a meal because it has a slight bitter taste and helps my digestion.
I also love it on my skin. I have Rosacea and when my face is red and blotchy, I dip a cotton ball in some warm chamomile tea and apply it all over my face.
But I have yet to cook with chamomile. I wonder how chamomile cake, or candied chamomile flowers taste? Chamomile scones, anyone? I love taking an herb and finding creative ways to use it. If any of you have chamomile flower recipes, drop me a line!
