An Inspring Office

I crave to have an inspired office but I don't know what style I want. Do I want a New York Office Space style or something a little more back-to-nature? To decide, I am going to look through design books. When my office is neat and inspiring, I am much more productive. All I know is I want to hang pictures of art and have a room that smells nice. For some reason, my office tends to smell a bit moldy.
