Training Journal

Today I am working on creating a training journal.

I am going to keep:

  1. a food journal
  2. track my new shoes' mileage
  3. track weight/body fat
  4. overall information (distance/course/conditions) of each of my runs
  5. Cross training workout tracker- So I can keep track of all my other workouts.

The ultimate goal is to finish the Chicago Marathon. Yesterday I ran one mile- hey, it's a start!
